Cold and heat impact testing machine, used to test the material structure or composite material, under the instantaneous extremely high temperature and extremely low temperature under the continuous environment can bear the degree, in order to test in the shortest time its thermal expansion and contraction caused by chemical changes or physical damage. Applications include metals, plastics, rubber, electronics... And other materials can be used as the basis or reference for product improvement.
Characteristics:
1. The three boxes of equipment are divided into three parts: high temperature area, low temperature area and test area. The test products are placed in the test area. Relative to two boxes more room temperature function.
2. Using touch type graphic control operation interface, easy to operate the cylinder.
3. Impact mode: the temperature shall be imported into the test area by air circuit switching mode for cold and hot impact test.
4. When high temperature shock or low temperature shock, the maximum time can reach 999H, and the maximum cycle can reach 9999 times
5. The system can be used for automatic cycle engine or manual selective impact and can be used to set the start of zone 2 or zone 3 impact and cold and hot shock.
6. Binary cooling system is adopted for cooling, with quick cooling effect and water-cooled cooling mode.
